Lisa graduated from the James E. Rogers College of Law at the University of Arizona in May, 2001, and she has been practicing in the area of family law since 2002. She is a regular participant in family law clinics through Step Up to Justice and through the Pima County Bar Association. She is appointed as both an arbitrator for civil cases and a judge pro tem for family law settlement conferences at the Pima County Superior Court. She often serves as a mediator in family law matters and is committed to helping people work through difficult life transitions with respect and caring.

Outside of the office, Lisa used to keep busy with her own family, but her three children are now adults and largely independent in their jobs and educational pursuits. These days, the family’s goldendoodle joins her on weekend hikes and trail runs. Lisa also enjoys cooking and she attends weekly Swedish classes to keep in touch with her heritage.
