The Juvenile Division of the Pima County Superior Court handles all matters that deal with juveniles, except for custody and visitation matters between parents. The matters handled by the Juvenile Division are generally Delinquencies (Criminal), Dependencies (Child Protective Services), Termination of Parental Rights and Adoptions.
